The "Who's driving?" control sets how much Scout does without asking:
- I decide each step — Scout suggests, you approve every action.
- Scout drafts, I approve — Scout does the work, you publish.
- Scout runs everything — fully automatic (autopilot).
This is separate from which strategy you're running — one sets who
executes, the other sets what route you take. Change it anytime.
