Terms of service
The agreement between you and Scoutrank. Short on purpose, honest on the parts that cost money.
The agreement
By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use Scoutrank for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
What Scoutrank is
An AI SEO agent that researches keywords, writes and checks articles, publishes to your CMS when you connect one, and tracks results. Everything it does is visible in your workspace and in its journal.
Credits and money
Paid actions are priced in credits and the price is shown before you confirm. Nothing is charged without that confirmation. A run that fails to deliver is refunded automatically. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not carry over; purchased packs do not expire while the account exists. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added where the law requires.
Your content and your data
You keep every right to the content Scoutrank produces for you and to the data you bring. We use your workspace data only to run the service for you and never sell it. AI-generated text is a draft — you decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what appears on your site.
Acceptable use
No scraping other people's accounts, no abuse of the models for content that is illegal or deceptive, no attempts to circumvent limits or captchas, no reselling of the service without a written agreement.
Availability and liability
We run Scoutrank on a single provider today and say so; we back it up daily and monitor it from outside. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific search rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.
Partner programme
A referrer earns 25% of amounts actually paid by a referred workspace, accrued per payment while that workspace stays paid and active, net of refunds and chargebacks. Credit rewards are promotional and have no cash value. Self-referrals, fake or incentivised sign-ups, spam and bidding on our brand terms are prohibited; commissions obtained that way are withheld. Payouts are made on request from $50. We may change the programme prospectively with notice; accrued commissions are honoured.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, and will refund unused purchased credits if the fault is ours.
