Adding a site and confirming the basics

When you add a website, Scout crawls it and auto-detects the essentials:
your market and city, the languages you serve, your category, and your key
facts. This is called grounding — everything Scout does afterwards is
built on it.

You get a short confirm card: check the market, language(s) and
category are right and approve. This one step keeps every later keyword,
article and audit accurate — especially for local and multilingual
businesses (e.g. Ukraine → Ukrainian + Russian). Pipelines wait until you
confirm, so nothing runs on wrong assumptions.
