1. Acceptance

By using ScoutRank, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

ScoutRank is an AI-powered SEO platform. We provide tools for SEO analysis, content generation, and site monitoring.

3. Credits and Billing

Some features require credits. Credits are non-refundable except when a pipeline fails to deliver the promised result. Subscription credits reset monthly.

4. Data Usage

We analyze your website data to provide SEO recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Scout is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.

7. Partner (Referral) Program

Users may share a personal referral link. For every referred workspace that makes payments to ScoutRank, the referrer earns a commission of 25% of amounts actually paid (net of refunds and chargebacks), accrued per payment. Commissions accrue only while the referred customer's subscription remains paid and active — if the customer cancels, downgrades or stops paying, accrual stops with their payments.

Credit rewards for activated referrals are promotional, have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money. Self-referrals, fake or incentivized signups, spam, bidding on ScoutRank brand terms, and misleading promotion are prohibited; we may withhold commissions obtained in violation and terminate program participation. Accrued commissions are paid out manually upon request once they reach a minimum of $50, via a payment method agreed with us. We may change commission rates or program terms prospectively with notice; already-accrued commissions are honored.
